Regional Injury Prevention Networks
The regional Injury Prevention Networks formed to bring
together injury prevention professionals to address issues that
may be better addressed without the confines of state
jurisdictional boundaries. Generally, these networks were formed
within the boundaries of the US-DHHS or NHTSA federal
administrative regions. Most regional networks involve those
working in several disciplines. Members come from the fields of
public health, traffic safety, consumer product safety, building
codes and standards, and health care.
